In The Ring

From Ava’s first frozen semen litter of three sired by Dudley ( Can. , Am. Ch. Mephisto’s War O’ The Roses) came two puppies which have already made their mark in the show ring. They are:

Donoway Wild Rose of Mephisto
(Rosey - co-owned with Monika Pinsker)

On August 5th, 2006, Rosey was selected by j. Tim Hutchings of the famous Winuwuk Kennels
of England as Winners Bitch at the Boxer Club of Canada National Specialty to finish her Canadian championship at the age of fourteen months. The following day, under j. Lester Mapes, she was selected for the First Award of Merit at the Alberta Boxer Club Specialty show in an entry of 84 Boxers, and in the afternoon All-breed show, was selected as Best of Opposite Sex to the previous day's Best in Show at the Alberta Kennel Club's all-breed show, the largest outdoor show in Canada with an entry of almost sixty Boxers. Rosey is pictured here at the American Boxer Club Regional Specialty cluster where she placed first in the 12 - 18 mo. brindle bitch class in three of the five shows including the Regional itself under breeder-judge Jack Ireland and also won best in junior sweeps in an entry of 23 under breeder-judge Rhonda Epley.

Although seldom shown, Dempsey has received his own Best Puppy in Group as well as Best of Winners under j. Tom Touzel. As have so many of Dudley ’s offspring, Dempsey is very square and possesses tremendous substance. He will be selectively shown during the summer of 2006.
